Great features; easy to use

This top-load, high efficiency washer is a great product. I love its many features and ease of use, not to mention that the clothes come out very clean. It provides many options for loads/types of clothes, and adjusts the water level as needed for the load. Another cool feature, though I haven't had to need it yet and hope I won't, is how when this machine does have a problem, I could use my iPhone to diagnose the problem!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this washer. Having only purchased two new washers in 30+ years, I was concerned with being disappointed in quality, build, etc. The only issue I have is the locking lid. I understand why, but I do find it inconvenient when I find that dropped sock or missed towel and I cannot simply open the lid and pop it in. My clothes come out beautifully clean. The tub handled a large load of 2 large bath rugs, 2 plush bath sheets and assorted other cleaning and hand towels. I am very happy with this washer.

The washer overwhelms you at first with all the buttons and available options. However, all those options turn out to be great features and the machine is very user friendly. You can wash the smallest to the largest load with equally great results.

Excellent washer with enormous capacity

This is our first experience with a HE washing machine. This unit has excellent capacity, easy to read controls and almost does the job without making a sound. And the cute tone at the end of the wash is a delight compared to the old buzzer. Sounds like a cell phone ring tone. It would be neat if the washer can text us when our wash is done just in case we didn't hear the tone.

This washer can handle large loads easily

Quality of workmanship seems excellent, no problems so far, self leveling was easy. Machine will warn user when a larger load is loaded unevenly, machine stops the cycle and display shows a code the letters UE ( uneven load ). Quiet, efficient, very easy to use. Plenty of settings. Love it.

I am on a well with limited water availability. This washer cleans great with the least amount of water. Very large capacity tub and has many different cycles. The high spin feature saves drying time. I would highly recommend this washer

I love my washer! LG has done a great job looking into the minds of people who buy their products! This washer has all the settings that fit into my daily scenario, ie stains etc. I'm in love!
