Great Machine, well designed and works very good.

Purchased 05/3013 and still working excellent, I experienced a fault due to the EEPROM (stands for Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory computer) overloading the cache with accumulated fault codes and causing the washer to quit operations on the rinse /spin cycle time (20-18 minutes before end ). Service Tech performed a factory reset to the motherboard and machine is working perfect, recommended use of less detergent and fabric softener HE approved, This is an excellent well made machine, I am very satisfied with it's performance and quality. Always purchase the best extended warranty for the just in case moments, they were quick and responsible, very professional.

This washer has some great features and has been very easy to learn to use. Most of all the large capacity is a big time saver. I was concerned about the washer becoming unbalanced but this has yet to happen even after many loads including king size bedding, pillows, etc. Highly recommend

Agitation lacking

Great except the agitation lacks a lot to be desired. I wash almost everything on heavy soiling to get a modest cleaning.

This machine is quiet but has nice alarms if you want them. Machine saves water and is efficient. The rebalance feature is supposed to be automatic but adds water to try to rebalance. This procedure does not work well and you better be ready to rebalance an unbalanced load by hand. Seems like the machine will try and fail unceasingly. This is only a problem on large heavy objects. The machine body rusts too easily near the bleach cup just as noted in the instructions. Great machine.

I am very pleased with this washer.
I have had several washing machines over the years and this one by far is the best of them all.
Has the features which I want and use; and actually looks good with the clear cover feature.
Friends who have seen this washer are impressed as am I.
May son and daughter-in-law now have the same product.

Truly Wonderful Product

This product is the best we have ever owned -period!! It is quiet, efficient and simple to use. It has an internal computer brain that works wonders. It also sings a wonderful song when done in a tone that is pleasing to the ear! I will certainly buy this product again when needed or another for our home as these products are superior to all the others out there!! It is without question that I would refer all friends and family to purchase this product for their homes. A truly wonderful product!

I am very pleased with my LG washing machine. It balances loads, which is awesome!! It has so many features that I have yet to try them all yet. I love how quiet it is and the "Slow Closing Lid" feature!! Very nice addition. Very pleased with my purchase.
