Love it!

I wanted a front loader but did not have the space. Once I was made aware that this has the same technology, it was an easy choice. The large capacity washes King sized bedding without undue wrinkling. The choice of settings allows me to customize my loads for superior cleaning. Uses the appropriate amount of water per wash load is a money saver. I highly recommend it.

Large Tub Plenty of Features Super Quiet

This washer has a huge tub and is super quiet. It has plenty of feature to meet all of my family's washing needs.I would recommend this LG product to anyone.

Absolutely love this washer. It is huge! One load instead of two loads means I'm saving time, energy, water, soap, everything. It sets it's own water level so I can do large or small loads without adjusting anything and balances the load no matter what's in it, heavy or light. Great machine.

Really like this washer

I feel this washer is very well made. I like the fact that the washer determines how much water is needed, and that very little detergent is used. The washer is very quiet. Everyone in the family enjoys the little song the washer plays when the cycle is complete. All in all, this washer is a great replacement for our former front loader, which was not an lg. I also like the smartphone feature and have used it several times. I'm very satisfied with this washer and would recommend it highly.

Wondering if my clothes are clean

This is the worst washing machine I have owned. It either puts too much or not enough water in the tub. Sometimes clothes hardly get wet. I have used the add water feature then it puts too much water in the tub. Seems like I am always playing games with it to get enough water to wash the clothes. I know it's supposed to be water efficient, but this is ridiculous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine always becomes unbalanced even when we take extra care to load it evenly. It doesn't balance and then goes back to rinse. The wash gets rinsed for hours. We finally have to select rinse only and this doesn't even work.
