[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought my washer in 2012. I am happy with the functionality of the washer. It does an excellent job in washing clothes. My only concern is after 4 years, I am getting corrosion on the top cover near the bleach box and at the edge of the detergent box. Totally dissapointed that I would get corrosion within 4 years. I am beginning to wonder what is happening in the other parts of the washer. I can understand bleach is a corrosive product but this type of issue should have been taken into consideration in manufacturing quality. But then what about the rest of the area of corrosion. I use hot water for washing my clothes. Does this mean the hot water is corrording also? If so I am wondering about the other parts that are not visible

It takes sooo,,,, long to wash and I really don't feel that the clothes are clean. I have had to use Downy all the time to hope that the clothes will have a nice smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer w/ matching dryer for 4 yrs. The area wear you put bleach in is rusted through pretty badly and I barely use it. I have to check the washer level to make sure it puts enough water in to wash your clothes properly. There is no way to set the water level, it's automatic and it sucks. There are times the water doesn't even cover my clothes when it's washing, especially on the Cotton/Normal Cycle. I only use a few different cycles and this is not one of them to use anymore. Overall, it washes great when there's enough water in it and the water actually covers your clothes while washing. The size is awesome and that is way I purchased this but it requires a lot of checking and maintenance for every wash that shouldn't need to be done....so it overall is not that great. I want a washer I can set and be done with it and expect it to wash without me having to check up on it and make sure the water actually covers my clothes.....it advertised as a water saving washer

OK but problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] constant balance problems no matter how carefully you load it & I mean constant. Plus now I keep getting an IE error message, there is plenty of water pressure, the hoses/filters, etc are all fine, it is obviously an issue with a valve inside the machine. LG almost useless when I called. Plus they have NO ONE anywhere near me that will come and service any of their products! I had to beg a repair shop that does not come here to please come and charge me extra to do so! No more LG products for me!

I HATE this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine does not add enough water to even cover the clothes! For every load I have to stop the cycle and opt for more water! When I choose hot water to wash, it don't happen! Today I checked the water and it wasn't even warm!
