[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've had this model for 3 years now and like the way it cleans tough without being tough on the fabrics. I can even wash pantyhose without worry. The large tub works perfectly for bedding and large items.
I particularly like having the top window to see how the load is progressing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and it does not clean a king size comforter to my satisfactions. Overall I am not happy with how it cleans but very unhappy with the comforter and other bulky items.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use

It's a fancy pants machine, don't get me wrong. You can load a TON of clothes in there, and change all sorts of settings, make custom settings, change the little tune and it's volume. But it doesn't do what I need it to do... CLEAN. If you put 1ft of clothes in there, it's going to add 4 inches of water. there is no aggitator, it just puffs little jets of water around... the equivilent of my using my pinky to stir all those clothes in minimal water. The DUST from my husband laying in the rocks did not come off his shirt... that's how little aggitation the clothes get, and how minimal the water usage is. I get it's HE.... i'm all for going green... but i still need my machine to do the simple basic concept of what it was built for, cleaning clothes. Going back to a front load... at least the tumbling action cleans. That being said, i've had it for 4 years and never had any mechanical issues or any other complaints... other than it just takes forever to wash your clothes and in the end they aren't clean! I would expect the same results from any top load, large capacity, HE minimal water, non aggitator machine. just not a good concept

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that it uses the minimum amount of water, but if I have to add an item after the water is done running in it adds more water, filling the machine to the very top even if the load of clothes is small. It also makes my clothes all tangled up. Another thing I like is the fact that I only have to use the minimum amount of detergent.

Rust problem

Bought this machine 6 years ago. Liked the machine. Washes wel and like the number of options for cycles, particularly bulky and towels. However, after a few years began developing rust around bleach dispenser. I was able to keep it at bay for a while. Now the rust is also at around the soap dispenser tray and water nozzle. Over the past few months more and more rust stains on clothing. It has ruined many things. We are no longer using the machine and are looking to buy another.
