STAY AWAY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washer is less than 3 years old. Always get an error code when doing laundry. What should be a simple task takes hours to launder 1 load of clothes.Since reading reviews online,I see this has been an ongoing problem that the company refuses to acknowledge.

Clothes come out dirtier when the enter

Had this machine for 4-5 years and not happy with it. During the wash cycle a film enters the drum and adheres to the clothing. We've cleaned the machine from top to bottom. This is unacceptable and never had this issue with our last machine

Loved it at first but.....

We bought the set a few years ago for a family of 5 who are constantly doing laundry; same issue with off balance but biggest problem is the rust to top of washer under hood; can't use any detergent dispensers any more; top is more rust than white ??? is there any way to fix this??

Love this washer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this washer!! It has lasted for 6 years and it non stop doing laundry for 5 people. The only problem that we found is that after 5 years the bleach dispenser has rusted all around it. Disappointed!! Other than that it is amazing.
Pros: ease of use, Performance, Quality

Worst washer ever

We've had this washer for a few years now and we hate it.
First of all, it doesn't do a good job of cleaning the clothes because it usually skimps on water.
Secondly, the was cycles take at least twice as long as they should due to the drum trying to balance the load.
Finally, after waiting 2 hours for a 33 minute cycle to complete the washer will error out and I'll have to reach my arm in and manually re-arrange the load so that the clothes will finish washing.

Bad Rusting ! Imbalance Rocking Vibration!

Purchased Home Depot & they installed(invested more $$ wanting good machine to last & w/me living alone & little use never expected issues).
TWO big issues...Rust appeared first at bleach dispenser which not covered under warranty, & odd because rarely used bleach because of septic tank. Used appliance paint rust, yet has spread & now need new top. Early on had severe imbalance w/washer rocking & banging into dryer and wall! Had to babysit washer to move contents over n over to complete a wash cycle. Floor tips adjusted many times so balanced w/level yet still occurred. Now have flush w/wall so doesnt happen but the rust is so severe.

HATE THIS WASHER

I hate this washer, it take such a long time to wash anything due to it ALWAYS being unbalanced. I have tried everything strategically placing the clothes, putting half clothes and maybe 1-2 towels, it doesn't matter it gets off balance, adding more time than the required time given, wheres the efficiency in that? And what is with the water always collecting in the bleach spout and in the detergent drawer, I'm forever cleaning it out.

worst washer ever and it flooded my house

This is the worst washer ever made. It was constantly uneven and it took for ever to wash a load. On top of that, it just flooded my house. Something failed and the washer just kept filling up with water, ruining flooring, trim, and drywall in two rooms, and the space under my stairs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
