Amazing Price for an Amazing Washer

Love this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new LG washer for almost a month. I think it cleans exceptionally well and am pleased I bought it. My only complaint is that the washer is noisy. It seems like if there had been more or higher quality insulation, it would be much quieter.

So many issues

We’ve had this washer for about five years and I’ve had nothing but problems from it. It senses the clothes by rolling them around and spinning them before filling with water and completely ties them into a tight knot which slams it into the side and then goes off-balance when it starts to wash. It does not even put enough water because it senses by weight I have to add water to weigh the clothes down so they don’t tie into a knot and ruin all my sleeves, string ties and legs. I have to babysit it and make sure I untangle and re-distribute the clothes throughout the cycle.

Be prepared to nap while this thing washes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing takes FOREVER to fill with water. The stream that comes out is ridiculous. The average load takes well over an hour to wash and it doesnt agitate your clothes well at all. Only good thing I can say about 8t is 8ve had it for about 5 years with no break downs. Would never buy another though.

I've had this washer for over 7 years now, and it has always run great. It just now encountered its first problem: the bleach cup doesn't empty. I've determined it's not stopped up; it must be a water valve problem. Other than this recent issue, I've had no problem with the machine, and it cleans clothes very well. Trying to decide now whether to fix my current machine, or replace it.

So quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids bought this washer for me as a gift. It was an adjustment since I’ve never had an HE washer before. I still like using the deep water fill though. Very quiet compared to my old washer that sounded like a jet plane taking flight during spin offs. I really like the glass top because I like to be sure I didn’t fill it too full and that everything is washing good.

This is our second LG appliance we have had a microwave for a couple of years without any issues, that is why we looked at the LG brand first for our new washer. For the money you can’t ask for a better brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine for looks and functions. I am very pleased with how clean it gets the wash using minimal water and is extremely quiet. I do recommend the reading of the users guide, I missed a couple of awesome features having not done so. Only complaint is you have to wash like type weighted items to not off balance the machine in spin mode.
