What a waste of money

This is the most horrible washing machine ever made. I wash small loads and it becomes uneven every few minutes! I wash huge loads, and it becomes uneven every few minutes! I spend most of my time pausing, redistributing, and unpausing. I can’t leave home with it washing because when I return, it will simply be stopped in mid-cycle because it’s uneven. It also doesn’t even have a “gentle” cycle. I have no idea how I didn’t notice this before I bought it - I guess I assumed all washers have a gentle cycle and I didn’t look for that. I have fought with it for about 3 years and I’m finally giving up and looking for new washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Washer I’ve Ever Owned

I wish that I knew about this site years ago....I purchased this washing machine in 2013 and it is the worst washing machine I have ever owned or used. I have holes in every towel that I own from the bleach dispenser on the towel cycle. So I have to wash a couple towels at a time on the speed cycle with bleach. This washing machine does not clean the clothes properly unless you do small loads on a heavy cycle, in general. The bleach dispenser is rusted out as well. Now it is continuously sensing a load and filling up but not able to spin or drain. I’m not sure if there are updates needed and/or if so, I, as a consumer, would like to be notified or have easy access to them. Overall, this washing machine is junk and causes more aggravation than it should. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase it. I will never purchase an LG appliance, etc. again.

I hate my washer!

Terrible Rust problem

Overall, I’ve been happy with this washer. The one complaint I have is the fact it is consistently unbalanced and doesn’t seem to matter what I’m washing, but in particular when I’m washing sheets or towels. It doesn’t seem to matter how I load the washer either, as I try to balance the load when I’m loading it If I had to do over again, I’d buy a washer that had the agitator in the middle, and relieve myself of the headache of so many unbalanced loads.

Horrible machine

Absolutely horrible. We spend more time dealing with uneven load cycle than we do actual wash. There is no way it can be energy efficient when it takes 2-4 hours to do a load of laundry. We can’t even start it and do tasks as we have to sit and watch it. It’s sad but somehow this gets an energy star? That’s a joke
