When our dryer took a dive, we decided to buy a whole new set. We picked this washer up, and were not disappointed. It is now my favorite appliance in the house (and, yes, I have favorite appliances - the vacuum is the bane of my existence).
You can put virtually anything in this washer. I have washed King sized blankets and had room for other stuff on top (although I would not recommend that, since I found that causes balance problems)
I couldn't believe how quiet this machine was. The only time I ever hear it running is when water is being added.
I was also surprised by how much cleaner my clothing was coming out of the wash. In retrospect our old washer was just not doing it's job, and now we are saving water at the same time! ... and it's pretty, which isn't a huge deal to me, but a nice bonus.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, Features/Settings

I love my washer I bought with the matching dryer washer is awesome I love the look of it and it's so easy to use. My clothes come out looking and smelling great it's gotten rid of dirt and stains my conventional washer never could my whites came out looking new and I thought they were never going to look like that again. The unit is pretty quiet you can hear the water shooting out but that's about it. I love the huge capacity I've eased everything in there; curtains, king size comforters, Costco dog beds, rags , you name it! And I've never been let down by the cleanliness that I get from this unit. I can customize everything on it and add clothes in a little after if I forgot to add something unlike front loads! We've had this washer for a couple months and have no complaints at all. It is easy to use and does a great job. Has a huge capacity, you can wash anything with this washer. King size comforters, dog beds, you name it. And if you forget to put something in, just hit pause and add throw it in.

A great machine....

I love my new washer. The machine does a great job on getting clothes clean. The only negative thing I have is the clothes come out all wrinkled and twisted. So, you have to pull all the clothes out one at a time to get the wrinkles out. But, the machine is quite and very easy to use.

I haven't had the machine that long to really evaluate it, but so far the performance is excellent. I had a small problem (electronic) and was able to get it corrected almost immediately over the phone. Thank you for having an excellent phone response team. You might also include the cure in the book that comes with the machine. The cure for for a child lock hang up, and all I had to do was hold the signal button in for about 3 seconds. Again thanks for the response.

So far I am loving this washer, I have always gone with LG. Had a front loader LG for several years it worked great. But decided to try this one, it is amazing its huge it does a great job, and I don't get that nasty smell like I did on the front loader.

I bought this washer about a few months ago , And it has done a good job on washing, I had a font loader that I had to replace, and this washer holds 3 times the load. I can put a weeks worth of clothes in it wash and dry in one load.And its fun to watch it does all kind of tricks.
