Best Washer I've Had

I absolutely love this washer. It is spacious, quiet and does a great job cleaning my clothes.
The buttons to change settings are clear and easy to read, making it a quick decision on how to set everything before pressing start.
Love it!

This Lg washer is extremely quiet and efficient. Love Love all the options it offers. Gentle on clothes but yet it cleans them great....

Do not buy this machine

After reading all the reviews on this washer in CR and on LG website, we purchased this one. The following are my complaints:
tangles clothes in rinse cycle
wrinkles clothes to the point that they must be rewashed
does not properly use fabric softener
does not use enough water per cycle
hard on clothes
I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS MACHINE and will return it today (have had it 12 weeks)

A very good product

We got our washer and dryer in November. First thing that happened, the washer computer didn't work, warm water setting didn't work. No problem after the repairman fixed it. It does a great job cleaning and gentle on the clothes. **Now comes the discussion with the LG service rep: it took a very long time with repeated effort on my part to get her to understand the warm water did not work, and yes she spoke English very well. I had tried the hot setting by itself before I called LG, plus all warm settings and no luck. Also, Home Depot was very quick to alleviate the problem.

Only thing I could ask for is a delicate cycle. I can work around that though by manually setting up a cycle.

Nice washer, but a little disappointed

I chose this washer because of the high ratings. It's okay I guess, but I am really disappointed in a couple of aspects. First and foremost -- I am getting soooo tired of having to rearrange the wet clothes because the machine is out of balance. I have never had a washer that had such a problem with this. I go to the utility room expecting the washing to be complete, and much too often find my laundry sitting in water and a code flashing indicating that the load is out of balance.
When I set the wash temperature on cold or tap cold, it uses hot water anyway. If I wanted hot wash, I would have set it that way.
Would be nice if the buzzer indicating a finished load was much louder.
Otherwise it is an okay washer. It gets the laundry clean, and that is the most important part!

Thrilled with My LG

I've had my new Washer about 2 months now & Love It! The glass top looks so nice & it's fun to check out the progress of my wash. The machine senses the size of each load & uses just the right amount of water. It's capacity is large enough for a King size comforter. I love the options & the quietness of this machine. With my top load, I don't have the problems that some of my friends do with mildew around the moldings on their front loaders. I'm totally happy with my purchase & would recommend it to anyone. Life's Good!

Can fit two weeks of clothes

I am still amazed when I put in a regular large load for my old washer in this one, and it looks like nothing. This thing is HUGE! Not only that is quiet, gentle on clothes and even hypnotic to watch. One feature I still get a kick out of is the slow close top, such an underestimated feature. I could not be happier with my purchase.
