Very Nice Washing Machine!

I read many reviews on this product as well as lots of others but liked the reviews on this one and how the machine looks. It is super quiet and doesn't vibrate like my old washer did. It washes the clothes very well and they come out very dry and so it drastically reduces the time in the dryer. The only complaint I have is that the fabric softner doesn't always get diluted from the tray during the cycle and I often have to pull out the tray and rinse it clean in the sink or it will become gunked up with softner. Other than that, I have no complaint at all about this machine.

I don't write a lot of reviews, only if I really have something to say about a product. I gotta say that this product is simply awesome. My wife does the laundry and she's as happy as anybody can be with a washer. It's quiet, hold a ton of clothes and has a nice little song when it is done. WAY better than the 10 year old model that got replaced by this one. Don't think twice about it... I have never bought an LG product before...what sold me as a guy was the 10 year warranty on the direct drive system. I say take your chances with anything else out there ... but for me. I'm an LG believer... in fact... our dryer is not cutting it anymore and i think it's on it's last legs... you better believe i'm looking at the LG dryers!

I am not a computer smart person and was a little scared to buy a washer that was computerized like the LG WT507CW. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner's manual was very easy to follow and my fears of being able to operate my washer were washed away, as it were.
I have had no trouble using my new washer and love all the features available on my washer.
I now love to wash my clothes and have been very happy at how clean my clothes are and how the numerous washing cycles enable me to get my wash done correctly.
I love the sensors that aleaviate the need to select water levels, cleaning time, and varrying types of cleaning I need done on each cycle. I also love the manual ability for cycles that I choose.
I found this product to be very easy to use and I am very satisfied with the excellent results.

Great features!

Love my washer. It is easy to use, very quiet, and no vibration. Can see a big difference in detergent and water consumption. This has sold me, so far, on LG products.

Clothes look great , only problem is I have to go on my tiptoes to reach inside the bottom of washer. but love it anyway.

I never knew how clean clothes could be until I got this washer! I love all the functions this washer offers. The staincare feature has been a life saver. I've reduced my dry cleaning bill in half. I love how big the tub is and how quiet it is too. Well worth the money.

Takes some getting used to

Not used to having a "fancy" washing machine before so this one has taken some getting used to. It's a little sensitive with bulky items, the automatic load sensing seems to have a hissy fit if things pile up along one side of the drum and cause the machine to spin unevenly. It swallows a lot of clothes though and the automatic water sensing level means I no longer just set the knob to "super". Spin cycle does a really good job of pre-drying articles. Haven't tried the steam cleaning yet. Great warranty, hope I don't have to use it!
