never buying another one

My model is discontinued now. Issues have been fill levels; not enough to cover clothes, wads clothes in a mess, and have to use the bulky bedding setting or open the top to fill above clothes. Now that I find it's discontinued; it only allows cold water to fill; unless I turn off cold water and use hot setting, so I can get hot water for whites. Hate this machine. I gave it a fair, because it holds alot.

Rusts, Falls Apart, Breaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this machine since 2012. Within 2 years it started rusting. Then the main bolt that holds the drum to the motor fell off, causing the machine to stop working and my floor to be damaged. Just yesterday the main board broke on in.
Add in the poor ability to balance a load and not waste water filling and refilling until I come in and fix it myself, and I can not give this machine a good long term review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Always Uneven & barely uses water

I wanted to like this washing machine but after having it for about 6 years it’s kind of a pain. It’s nice that it spins your clothes so fast they take less time in the dryer however, the washer barely uses water so 1) how do they clothes get clean when there are dry spots on some of them? And 2) because of the low water amount the clothes get tangled up and then the load becomes uneven. Yes, you can wait around for the load to start and keep adding water to the load but who has time for that? I will say, it’s my first one of this kind (without an agitator) so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but overall I’m disappointed..
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, camera

King of unbalanced washing machines

We have had this machine for several years and every time I use it it makes me angry. If I put more then half a load, it inevitably goes off balance.
The problem is that you have to add your laundry a piece at a time to try and make it balanced before you wash. Then during the washing cycle things move around so it doesn’t remain balanced. Add to that the fact that different fabrics absorb water at different levels further exacerbating the miss distribution of weight.
In short, doing laundry with this machine is a nightmare. Handing a high capacity, high efficiency machine is pointless when you can’t use it at high capacity unless you have time to constantly rearrange the items inside when it goes off balance.
I DO NOT recommend this machine. I expect appliances to make my life easier and to save me time. This machine does neither.

Absolutely the worst washing machine ever!!!!

Do not buy this piece of garbage! The absolute most annoying washer ever made. Constantly get uneven loads tasked hours to complete a wash. Can only wash small loads at a time and even that goes out of balance. Buy a Maytag without all the bells and whistles. Washer works great.

Constantly goes off balance even with small loads from the first year we have had it. No one was able to fix it. Will be glad to get a new one. Hard on clothes. Can't use High spin cycle tears towels up. My husband bought this piece of junk at too high a price several years ago.

Worst washer I ever owned. Always off balance and does not get clothes clean. Wash cycles take forever and a day! If you don't leave door open it has rotten smell, even after using tub cleaner consistently.
