limited modifiers but excellent quality

Some features I find difficult to deal with would be that I almost always use fabric softener but you must remember to select a button for each load to have it add the softener. I would prefer to deselect it or not put it in there if I were to occasionally not use it. I would also like a handwash/delicate cycle and this machine does not have that feature.

Havent had for long, but impressed

I was overwhelmed while shopping for a new washer. My old very basic model lasted 6 years. With The cost of the new models, I was very apprehensive. I did lots of online research and talked to the "experts" at the store. I ended up with the L.G topload washer and have been impressed. The 4.7 Cu ft. Can wash anything I own! It's very quiet. I read complaints of how long cycles take, most are over an hour, but It doesnt bother me at all. I haven't had it very long, but I feel I made a great choice. Now I'm just waiting til I can get the matching dryer!

It was easier to use than I first thought

The first thing I noticed about my clothes was their softness and the fact that they smelled great; it was not like that with my old washer and dryer. I was totally terrified with all the buttons but sat with my "how to use guide" and realized it was no big deal, and it wasn't. I'm happy I bought it. My only complaint is that with the clear lid I can't seem to tear myself away from watching the laundry wash!

We shopped for a while to find a replacement for my broken front loading machine. We decided on this machine because we have another LG appliance that has been wonderful. I am so glad we did! This washer holds a ton of clothes and bedding - I love the drum size! I have two very active boys and a teenage girl who must wear about 5 outfits in a day. I used to do 12-14 loads a week. I now do 7-8 loads per week and have more time to spend with my family. This washer does an excellent job on tough stains. I am able to get those stains out easily with the soak feature. And it is the quietest washer I have ever heard. I would recommend this washer to anyone.

this washer is the top washer in my mind. Top loads with no worry of leaks, no worry's about bending over. Huge tub capacity . Washes clothes the best out of anything we have owned. Love the technology and the custom settings.

We're very pleased with the build and performance of this washer. It runs quietly, and does an great job of washing our clothes! We're amazed at the way the washer senses the size of the load, and adjusts the water level! I watched to see how it would actually wash the clothes and was surprised to see how they were gently agitated during the wash cycle. We're very pleased with the washer, and satisfied with our purchase. We're sold!!

This washer is simple to use, cleans great and offers a variety of settings to accommodate all possible items that need washing. The best part is the "little dance" it does when it is weighing and balancing the load along with the song at the end telling you it is done. A very pleasant washing experience.
