Needs full-time attention
on October 3, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine does not get the laundry clean; the standard water level is so low that the same piece of clothing stays on top for a full cycle; if a cycle gets completed by itself, that is.
99 times out of a 100 the machine cannot manage to spin and starts wasting water (if it gets out of balance it tries to fill the drum with water, i guess to re-shuffle the laundry in the hope it might be in balance then. That usually does not work, and it starts beeping and displaying UE (uneven load)
It is almost impossible to get a load finished without manually re-arranging wet laundry.
(I had to wash three loads today, took 7h to complete (I could not just stand by to rearrange laundry).
DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in 2014 from H.H. Gregg. The only problem up until now has been the rust around the bleach portal. So, no major complaint until now. Now, it will not always spin properly..... sometimes shows an error code and goes unbalanced. If you rinse, independent of the natural cycle, i.e. rinse to spin, it usually will spin ok. The repair man said it would cost about $500 to put in a new board.

Frustrating

Constantly fixing unbalanced loads as it seems to be very finicky. This is something we just learned to live with. The bigger problem is that we are on our 2nd drain pump which just went out again tonight. I would not recommend this washing machine. We will be looking for a different brand tomorrow.

Molding nightmare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine 4 years ago. Was excited we could wash our king size comforter at home. well that was short lived. Everything became uneven everything. The machine grows mold. like you can clean it every week and its still an unseen amount of mold it grows. The rust that has grown in the bleach area is uncanny. worst purchase by far

This machine is constantly out of balance. I have wasted countless gallons and water and energy over the years on this machine and would never buy again.

PAUSE FUNCTION UNSATISFACTORY
on October 27, 2012

I was very disappointed in the "pause" feature. If you are a multi-tasker mom and have put in a load to wash and find you have to go pick up the kids from school, practice, etc. you cannot hit pause, come back hit start and resume where you left off. Anything over a four minute delay causes the washer to empty itself and you must start all over again. Double the detergent, double the softener, etc. If I had been aware of this I would have looked for another option. This one is important for me.

Best washer I ever bought
on January 26, 2013

I've been using it for several months. Wanted to test it well before writing a review. It's not perfect, but I love it.
Pros: Gets clothes cleaner than any previous washer ever did.
So quiet I usually can't tell if it's running.
Very gentle. Clothes never tangle.
Has every cleaning cycle anyone could ever want, except for dry cleaning.
So large I only need to wash one day a week.
Looks REALLY cool! Music is a cute plus.
Cons:
It took a bit of trial and error to decide the correct cycles for my personal preferences.
My dryer is not large enough to accommodate a full load of wash, so sometimes I need to dry in 2 batches.
The tub is SO deep, I have to really stretch my arm to retrieve the clean clothes.
It takes more time than conventional washers, but it's worth it for having cleaner clothes.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Becomes unbalanced frequently, long wash cycles.
on June 30, 2013

I've had this washer for about 6 months now. While it has a wide variety of features and settings and is very attractive, that doesn't quite make up for having to frequently rearrange loads because they become unbalanced. This seems to happen most with loads of jeans or towels - even when washed on the "Towels" or the "Bulky/Bedding" settings.
We use our fire pit very often. I've noticed that unless the washer is set to "water plus" and "extra rinse", the smoke smell stays in the clothes worn to the fire pit. Using those features makes the wash time 1 hour, 27 minutes. That's just too long.
Overall, I wouldn't say I'm completely dissatisfied with the washer. But I wouldn't buy it again.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
