This product lives up to and exceeds all expectations we had when we purchased it. Where it took at least two loads to wash my work and casual clothes each week, with this washer I can do them in one load and it takes about half the time that the other one took.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Almost love to wash clothes with this jewel!
I love the quality appearance, efficiency, available choices based on need, the quality cleaning , gentle spin with minimum wrinkling, and the ending musical tone!

Love the multiple options

My laundry time has been cut in half with the large capacity washer. I've been able to wash comforters at home instead of paying for them to be cleaned at a laundry mat. LOVE this washer.

I never have to settle on a wash cycle that may or may not be suitable for the clothes I'm washing, lots of options! Quality resonates throughout this machine, solid and well built. Love this machine!

Learning to get around hurdles

This is a very well made product, but... Your 6 foot tall men who invented the washer, forgets about the 5 foot tall woman who uses the washer ! I have to stand on my toes to unload the washer. That's every load, every week !! Picking up a sock in the bottom is a real task.
Also, I always soaked my white clothes over night before I washed them the next day . Since the lid locks, there is no reason the washer can't be set to soak over night. Since you can program the washer to start so many hours later, my clothes could be ready to wash when I got up the next morning... That would be great !!

The washer and dryer have great features

Love my LG washer and dryer. First LG I ever owned easy to use and the washer gets my clothes clean works so much better than my old washing machine. Easy to pick the settings I need to wash my clothes. Have it on the main floor of my house and it is very quiet can still hear TV without having to keep turning it up. Also like my new dryer. Dries the clothes fast in one cycle. Really like the little tune it plays when the cycle is done. Not loud easy on the ears. Love everything about both machines. Have never owned such nice washer and dryer.
