Great washer for families!

I've had this machine a month and really like it. I LOVE that it saves me so much time...the capacity is so much bigger that I can fit two standard loads into one load in this washer. As a working Mom, I love that I don't have to spend all Sunday doing laundry!
The only thing I've noticed is that clothes tend to pill more and I think it's because of the spin cycle. I have turned my spin speed down to low, and that seems to work better for cottons (sweatshirts, t-shirts and the like). And one other feature it doesn't really have is a gentle / hand-wash cycle...but everything is so customizable, you could make one with the options on the machine.
All-in-all, I love this machine!

I love the spacious tub in this washer! It is very quiet and easy to use. I like that you can put your bleach in right away and let the washer dilute it for you! However, I am not that impressed with how well it cleans compared to my past washers. It doesn't do a bad job, but not great compared to some of the reviews I read before buying it.

The machine picks all your settings for you, but let's you also override them when necessary. I love the large capacity and the separate dispensers for detergent, fabric softener and bleach.

I fought with a front loader washer (another brand) for 3 years. I wish I hadn't waited so long! This washer is wonderful.... holds huge amounts of clothes, has wonderful features, and is even fun to watch while it is washing the clothes :p)
My old washer didn't have a spin only cycle, and would be out of balance. This one is a dream.

This is a great machine. Before shopping I researched Consumer Reports. Their reviews were right! The tub is huge. (I have adjusted to no agitator; it's really great.) The settings are easy to operate. My clothes are clean. The spin cycle is powerful and saves money by cutting down on drying time. The machine is SOLID, no rocking or shaking. The auto water level selection is perfect.
