The only complaint I have is the water saving feature. It is just an adjustment from an old model and one I am learning to live with. Our clothes come out clean and much dryer than our old model. I am very pleased with this washer!

My new LG HE top loading washer has great features

My new LG HE washer has many features that allows one to customize any load of clothes. Every load of clothes I have washed has come out clean in every cycle this washer has to offer. The most amazing feature of my new LG washer is how little of water is used to wash each load of clothes. I highly recommend the LG HE Top Loading Washer to anyone looking for a HE washer. I looked at many washers before deciding on the LG model. I wanted a washer with the maximum amount of features in order to customize loads of clothes. I wanted efficiency in the operation of the machine. I wanted a glass top loader in order to view clothes washing. This washer has every feature I desired plus many more. However, the best feature is the quality and warranty of an LG product.
The only disappointment I have is that one cannot wash any item that contains rubber, which forces one to take even small rugs to the laundromat. I was unaware of this before purchasing the washer. If I had known about the "no rubber allowed" rule I would have researched other HE machines to see if they had the same "no rubber"rule. If there had been one that allows rubber backed items to be washed in the washer (which I still have not researched) I may have been swayed to purchase that washer. I detest trips to the laundromat.
Overall, I still highly recommend the LG HE Top Loading washer to all who do not mind going to the laudromat to wash rubber backed items.

Best washer we have ever had

This washer has been the best purchase we ever made. Clothes come out clean. Our time spent on laundry cut in half. Using less water than before too.

It does everything it says it will. It's quiet, cleans very well and is huge. The only issue I had was because I put an afghan in with sheets against my better judgement and the load became unbalanced. As long as you follow the loading guideline, it works great!!

So many features

Compared to our last washer, this one is so quiet that I actually have to listen for the 'music' to play in order to know when the load is done. There are many features and settings that I haven't even gotten to yet. Most of all I love the capacity.

Better than Front Loader

We have had a front loader for years and we are very happy with our new washer due to no mildew smell and easy to use. Love the features, such as Speed Wash.

Actually glad my old machine died

I had a front washer by a different manufacture. I was unhappy with it because it left our clothing with a funky odor. It was also impossible to add clothes once the cycle started. The machine was not that old but it completely died on me. We researched washing machines in consumer reports and this one came highly recommended. So far it has lived up to the its review. The extra large capacity, easy in customizing cycles, and the look and smell of the laundry make this machine highly valued in our household.
