Coming from a conventional agitator washer, this one is the greatest. So far I have had no problems and have been able to wash everything including my king size comforter with no problems.
Pros: easy to use

My mother-in-law bought this washer and I fell in love and had to have it! Haven't had any problems, just have to sort clothes well to keep it from getting unbalanced. Clothes come out so fresh and clean!

I love my new LG washer

It is quiet, efficient, and it has so many features. It was recommended by Consumer Reports and we use them to guide us in making wise selections. They were right again.

Nice big tub, no agitator to get in the way, lots of settings to choose from, easy to use, my clothes look and smell clean and best of all I do not have to take my California King size comforter over to my sister-in-laws to wash and dry it or to the laundry mat, this product is plenty big enough to do the job! LOVE>>>>>>>LOVE>>>>>LOVE THEM!!!! :-)

We have only had the washer for a short time, but it's been an outstanding unit so far. It's meet our expectations and then some. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a "newer" hi efficiency top loading washer.

I've done the wash for my wife for over 40+ years. Our last washer lasted just 10 years. I am impressed with the 4.5 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity Top Load Washer Featuring Powerful StainCare™ Technology. Uses very little soap, very little water, which is great for me because I have an Aerobic Septic system, and clothes are clean. I can't believe how quiet the washer is. Balances the load first, what a novel idea, then does the wash based on your settings. Piece of cake.
Great washer, not a bad price for what you are getting and in the long run, should save me money. Time will tell. So far, great washer....

I really love my new washer. I had a high efficiency washer by Fisher and Paykel
before this. I much prefer this washer because it can handle bulky loads better. It is also very quiet when running, which was a plus for me because our washer and dryer are located just outside of the master bedroom.
