Wondererful washer! quiet, efficient, and very clean clothes. Nice choice of settings, etc. Huge capacity. I was concerned about earlier reviews saying water level too low, etc. But we have not had any problems.

I am very pleased with my LG washer purchase. I conducted much research prior to this purchase. It took a little time to figure out what settings to use initially due to all of the options, but now I am a pro at utilizing the washer to my specific needs. I prefer a full tub of water when washing large loads so I use the "bulky/bedding" setting the most. With smaller loads I am comfortable utilizing the many other settings that do not fill the tub completely as it utilizes load sensing technology for water conservation. Water temperature, washing speeds, spin speeds, and extra rinse cycles can all be individually set with any of the many offered wash settings. Highly recommended!

The machine does what it is supposed to do and more. It holds an amazing amount of laundry. The part I like best is it seems so well-built. Quality everywhere. Plenty of options. I've had the machine for a couple of months now and it looks like LG got it right!

Granted, this is our first brand-new appliance but the transition to a state-of-the-art washer has been wonderful! I love the size of the washer. I have a family of 6 and washing all the clothes is no longer an issue. The clothes are cleaner than ever.

My old washer was over 25 years old, so I feel like I'm finally with the times. No agitator means that I can easily fit my queensize comforter and no more trips to the laundrymat. I've only had it for a month or so, and had to use the book at first, but am now comfortable with selecting the cycles and even making changes to the individual loads to create the exact temperature, etc,. that I need to get the perfect results. My husband works outside and we have really given the washer a workout, but it has passed the test with flying colors.

These machines are easy to use, extarordinarily quiet and efficient. Our clothes come out of the dryer with a fresh, clean smell.
No wear and tear on the clothes.
