Very nice washer

The washer is excellent, we did have one problem with the loads being unbalanced but it seems to have worked itself out. Overall a great product with only the one problem.

MY LG IS SUPER FINE!

I'm thrilled that my bright, white LG washer does not dance the Samba like my top load washer did. I can tell the machine is intellectual, as the tub is so deep. And the bell chiming when the wash is complete is music to my ears. The "dashboard" is stunning -- comparable to the dashboard of any high end vehicle. The LG does what it does with great superiority. My clothes come out much cleaner. And the spin cycle, wow. If the spin cycle was on "Dancing with the Stars", it would win hands down. The best relationship I've had lately. Prompt, kind, courteous, efficient and does what it says it will do! A good lesson for the those seeking a relationship. I would recommend this machine to any one looking for a good match. Meets all my requirements!

More Impressed Than I Thought I'd Be

After deciding not to put more money into repairing our old washer we looked for a replacement and a steam dryer to go along with it. Our laundry room isn't large enough to hold a front loader so we looked at top loaders. After the sticker shock wore off we decided on an HE machine. LG was new to Lowes and they were running a special... they were so new that they didn't have them in stock. We waited almost two weeks for delivery and when delivered the washer had evidently been dropped-side caved it etc.-so they reordered and about a week later we had both the washer and dryer. Laundry had stacked up and at first I didn't like that the wash cycle took so long while the dryer sat idle - with the old ones it was reverse. It only took a half dozen loads of wash to realize how much cleaner the clothes were getting. I had to learn a few tricks with the water level - how to add more when needed, and after 40+ year of doing laundry I had to relearn how to load a washing machine... and there just might be too many options for this tired mind; however, I couldn't be happier with the different cycles on the washer and dryer. Once I got the knack of it laundry was and is a breeze, just takes longer in the washer and shorter time in the dryer. A good give and take I think.

It took me a few loads to figure out the correct settings to use and adjust the amount of soap. Other than that, I am very satisfied with it. It does an excellent job getting the cloths clean, it is very quiet, and has lowered my water and electric bills.

Bought this washer recently. Very easy to use with a lot of preset options as well as customizable. Noted some negative reviews that mentioned load balancing issues. Have not noticed any issues even on smaller loads. Very good cleaning performance for the most part. Uses very little water. Collars still have to be scrubbed a bit to get out all the dirt. A great product overall!

Quiet and colossal!

No more schlepping my queen size bedspread to the laundromat! This machine is huge and can handle anything you throw at it. My clothes have never been this clean. I was somewhat skeptical at first. I couldn't imagine how a machine could get clothes clean without an agitator. After I did only one load, I breathed a sigh of relief and knew I had made the right purchase. This machine is so quiet and has so many features....you can tailor your cycle to suit your needs. It is so neat to watch the machine adjust when it starts to become 'unbalanced'. It immediately corrects itself!! I love this washer!!!!

Great washer

I've had this washer for just a few days. Definitely love the style and all the settings. Still trying to figure out what setting is best for which clothes. My towels came out so soft & fluffy (also have the matching LG dryer). Wash time is longer (approx 1 hour per load) but clothes do come out semi-dry. Still working on keeping the wrinkles out of my husbands dress shirts...saleslady told us you have to use steam cycle dry in the dryer to help reduce those...no more wash & hang! Just taking some getting used to. Love the glass top door.....make sure I didn't let anything behind or the kids! Definitely recommend.
