This is so far best washer ever! So much in wash choices and water use is to minimum! Gets clothes clean! VERY quiet machine and LOVE its musical end announcement! Looks sharp too!

We updated our washer from an old, basic one that finally kicked the bucket. I did a lot of research and am very pleased with my decision to purchase this washer. The capacity is great. I have had absolutely no problems with detergent residue, but I follow the HE detergent instructions on the bottle. The washer does not use much water, which has taken a bit to get used to compared to my old washer, but my laundry has always came out clean. When I question the amount of water, I simply just hit the "add water" button and voila! However, I guess this kind of defeats the HE part of the machine, but it is less than what the old washer used. Sometimes the clothes do get a bit wound together, but this has not been too big of an issue. If i took more time to sort the clothes better, I think this would not happen so much.

This washer is my pride and joy! I love just about everything about it -- uses less water, has no agitator, holds larger loads, is quiet, gets my clothes very clean and spins them dryer than usual. My only disappointment is that I can not wash my bathroom rugs, bedroom shoes, or tennis shoes in it since it doesn't want you to wash anything that has rubber backing or is water repellant. Otherwise, it is AWESOME!

This machine costs more than I originally wanted to spend, however, I love it. It is quiet, and gets my cloths clean. I like the additional features that it offeres. Can hardly wait to buy the dryer now.

This washer is very smart. It does a lot of calculations before running so that no water is wasted. It's very quiet and efficient and despite the high efficiency, it still gets a load of laundry done very quickly.

Had the washer for a month now and not a day goes by that I don't notice how well it cleans and scents our clothes. I did a lot of research prior to buying to ensure I wasn't just paying for a product name and I must say l am please and so is my wife. The amount of features is great for a family with many or various types of clothing and/or articles that require special handling when cleaning. The efficient usage of water and detergent is definitley a plus for savings and the enviornment. I am very pleased and satisfied with the LG washer and dryer purchase for our new home.
