I love this washing machine. It is so easy to use and cleans great! It has options for every type and size of load. I love that it detects the required water level for efficiency.

Best washing machine I have ever used, much less owned. HUGE capacity, uses little water and almost no detergent yet cleans clothing, bedding and towels very well.

About a week after delivery, I first tried to wash a very small load, I immediately heard a grinding noise when it spinned. I complained it to the dealer. They subsequently brought me another one. However, I didn't take the replacement because their service person said the noise was coming from the pump and the LG washers were all like that, so I still have the same one, but I have 30 days to get another replacement. This machine has a lot of movements but nothing of these movements really help the washing. Spray rinse is a joke. I feel I still have dirty clothes after washed.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great quality. It has a lot of great features. It has a custom setting but you still have to push the softener and rinse/extra water button each time.

The only loud noise I found was when the water rushes into the machine. Other than that, it does much better than the Kenmore I replaced it with. The clothes spin fast and it reduces the time for drying.
I like the melodic sound when the washer is finished.
I washed my quilt and sheets and it did a good job on those also. I would recommend a prewash spray if you have any heavily stained items though. This was also recommended by Consumer Reports, which is the main reason I bought this particular machine.

I was little skeptical on this product due to the fact it did not have the typical agitation pole that all of our past washing machines had. NO needs to worry this machine works great and our clothes come out even cleaner and softer than any other washing machine I have ever owned. My wife was the most skeptical and she has even told me that is right me! that she is so very pleased. The towels come out baby soft from the matching dryer. It is a little more expensive than we actually wanted to pay but worth the money! You will not go wrong.
