Great Machine!

I work in appliance sales, so LG was surely my brand of choice! I am thrilled with the capacity of the machine. I knew it would be quiet, but honestly was truly surprised at just how quiet it is! It has done a terrific job for us so far!

Washes all types of clothing well

I wanted to add my review as I found others so helpful. I have had this machine about 2 months and it washes all types of clothing well and spins them appropriately for the dryer. I have washed the gamut from jeans, bedding, towels, khakis and delicates. I have tried a variety of settings and added some tweaks to my own liking. I wanted a top loader due to some physical issues as opposed to the front loader. I had a similar in design and price point Kenmore washer previously and the wash/spin cycle was so poor. The clothes came out too twisted and wrinkled EVERY time - thereby making an efficient Dryer cycle nearly impossible. I have had NO problems with any of that in this machine. Lastly, I did email LG a couple of minor questions I had. They responded the next day with answers. Good Customer Service. I highly recommend overall.

Not perfect, but close

Let's face it. Nothing in this world is perfect, however our new top loader is sure leaning that way. It has been 3 months and we are still having a love affair with "LG". I believe in service and performance and so far "LG" has provided both. On this washer LG'S tag line should be "Set it and forget it" It's that easy. Thanks ""LG".

I've had it for about a month and it works perfectly. Very low water usage, clothes get clean and it has never gone out of balance and danced across the laundry room. I don't think i could ask for more. Thanks!!

Good capacity

Have had this washer about a month. Washes well and huge capacity. I am not into having not labeled delicate cycle though you can make do with a custom one. I do not like the locking of the lid. I have no children and I see no reason for this. Would be nice to be able to disable this. I have sometimes needed to add to the load after I started it.

This washer is wonderful... from the sweet start up melody to the awesome cleaning performance to the great end melody. It allows for customization of wash loads. We are so happy we purchased this washer.
