Very easy to understand the setting choices, super quiet running machine! Even plays a little song for you when it starts and stops. Well worth the price!

There are lots of pluses: phenomenal capacity; quiet operation; very clean clothes, and far less dryer time than with my old washer. We love that we can now wash our large comforters and other bedding. So far, we're glad we purchased this washer!

Top Load Washer

A great washer; get clothing very clean. I know being a water saver is one of its features, but a little more control over water level prior to pushing the Start button would be great! On loads where I'm concerned about the amount of water, it's necessary to go back after the machine starts washing and use the Add Water feature.

Better than Our Front Loader It Replaced

We are very satisfied with this machine. Gets the clothes cleaner, spins them dryer, seems to use as little or even less water than the front loader thanks to "Load Sensing" feature. Controls work logically - easy to figure out and customize. Quieter on high spin than Whirlpool front loader. Watching the wash through the tempered glass is... oddly addictive. Manual a little unclear about the effect of the Fabric Softener button; cleared that up with a call to Tech Support. Great Job, LG!

I LOVE the large stainless steel tub. Great for larger or bulky loads. Cleans great! Can get a tad noisy when spinning.

The first night we had the washer at the house, the wife and I sat and watched it wash a load through the glass lid. Works much different than the old washer. So easy to use even I can operate it. Nice looking and quiet. The wife is really happy with the new pair. We changed out both when her dryer went out. Looked at many brands but came back to the LG's. Seemed to be the best value for the money and loaded with features.

I really didn't expect to be drooling over a washing machine but I am. I am so happy I actually purchased this machine because I like the WaveForce action, see-through lid, and water features it has. I was intimidated by instructions but soon got the hang of it and now appreciate the clear instruction book. I quilt and needed a large capacity tub that could hold and CAREFULLY wash them. This holds everything and more! Saving water and energy is very important too. So overall, this washer has and does what I need and looks great while doing it.
