The machine is relatively quiet and even the worse work and gym cloths come out of the machine smelling clean.
Pros: easy to use

I have had my WaveForce for a month and a half. The feature are nice and very easy to use. My towels seem to be softer than they used to, maybe due to a better washer. So far it has been wonderful. The only problems I have had with it are uneven loads, three times. The washer isn't over loaded, so I'm not sure why it keeps happening. And a couple times it seems like it has used a LOT of water.(The tub was pretty full) I don't know if that is due to what is being washed or not. Other than that it is great and no problems. I had a front load washer prior to this and will never own one again. They say to keep the door open to prevent mold in the seals, doesn't work. It gets pretty gross. I love the no agitator in the LG. I didn't get a dryer, but hope to get the matching LG dryer soon. If you haven't bought your LG Waveforce yet, don't wait any longer, you will love it.

Large Capacity but cannot wash mattress covers

We did a lot of research picking out a washer. In doing our research I didn't read anywhere that you could not wash water repellent items in this washer. The majority of mattress covers are water repellent and now I am stuck with a washer I cannot wash them in. The washer also doesn't come with a preset delicate cycle. You can create your own cycle so you can get one, just not a preset.
I will say the washer capacity is very large which is nice. You do have to watch very large loads that include towels / bedding. They will sometimes throw an off balance error.

I love this washer. The loads run so quick compared to my previous washer. Plus it is so quiet! The way it washes the clothes cut the dryer use time in half.

Clothes tangled

The machine does not put in enough water -- and it ties me up to wait to add water at the correct time each time I do a load. And still the clothes come out very tangled. It's hard to see past that problem to review the other features. The first machine we received had even worse water and tangle problems. The unit was replaced and the water issue is only marginally better -- still not reasonable.
Pros: machine looks nice

Uneven Load

The washer exterior is sleek and the led buttons are stylish. But it is near impossible to get the dirty clothes in an order that the machine does not say its unbalanced. I try every sort of way to put the clothes but the machine is always coming back with Uneven load...GRRR

twists clothes too much

When I use the soak feature it would be nice if the bleach was added into the soak. It's dumped into the washer after it's gone through soak.
It twists some of my clothes such as robes, tights, bras and underwear - it's destroyed (even with a special undergarments bag) many bras and underwear.
It does wash well but it's not incredible.
The dryer doesn't have a feature that just gives your clothes a quick dry to straighten them out. It's complicated to figure out. I can put it on 20 minutes but I just want a fluff dry sometimes.

This product has quickly started to rust around the bleach tray. I looked about other reviews and saw many people said the same thing about this model. If you do purchase this purchase the extended warranty so someone will be able to help you out with this defective appliance. It also has been very hard on some of our clothes. Loved it at first, thought the features were great and love the big tub, but this is garbage. Not worth the money. AT ALL
