Best washer ever

I was skeptical at first, but after using it a few times, I'll never go back to a conventional washer or a different brand. The quaility of this top loader is awesome. It's so easy to use and the clothes come out very clean. All this and it saves me money. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, saves money

We bought this plus a matching dryer to replace a set we had for almost 24 years! It has been great, light years ahead of the older styles. Top load is way to go vs the front load version. We did have one small leak issue, repaired under warranty 3 weeks in, that process was flawless and used a local LG service tech who was A1!.

We are pleased with our purchase and would definitely purchase another LG product! Gets clothes clean while using much less water. The drum is really large and holds a huge load of clothes. Love how it sings a tune at the end of the cycle. Feels like I have I have so many options to choose from. I now look forward to doing laundry!

I haven't tried all the available programs. After 3-weeks laundry experience with this new washer, I'm glad that I can modify water temperature washing, spinning actions after selecting a washing cycle. Soak and additional rinse functions are very useful for me also.

Wonderful Upgrade !!

We were disappointed to realize that the time had come for a new Washing machine, fearing that the new models just couldn't possibly compare with the older, heavier, 'tried and true' units we had owned for years. Well, were we ever wrong ! The new washer is so much more efficient, so much larger in capacity, so much quieter and so much more sophisticated than the old unit !
Turns out that having to Upgrade was a "Blessing in Disguise". We are very pleased with our LG Washer !!

This versatile washer easily handles a queen size comforter, which I had to hand wash before with my old machine. The controls are mostly intuitive and, with a quick glance at the instructions, easily understood. LG's engineers obviously spent a lot of time developing this product and did a first-rate job.
