I purchased this washer a couple of months ago. It is a great product. The only issue I have with it is that it takes longer to wash clothes in a washer without an agitator. However I love the large capacity and many cycles to choose from

The new washer is so much more efficient, so much larger in capacity, so much quieter and so much more sophisticated than the old unit !
Turns out that having to Upgrade was a "Blessing in Disguise". We are very pleased with our LG Washer !!

I love the "smart diagnosis" on this machine - it accommodates to whatever size load as well as many other features - I also like the "Coldwash" feature which uses just enough warm water to dissolve your detergent and saves energy - I really like the size of the tub - it is huge - it is also a quiet operating machine and plays a tune when the load is done :)

We are very pleased with our purchase. The size of this unit is wonderful! Im a huge fan of all the settings and how they pre determine all the other variables, but that we also have the flexibility to adjust. So far we are extremely pleased.

Takes washing clothes to a new level !!!!

No buyer remorse here. Even the delivery guys liked it. Easy to use, quiet, and versatile. It sences how big a load you have and dispenses the correct amount of water. Spin cycle gets the clothes practically dry. Normal wash cycle is about 1hour 15 minutes. Longer then our last washer. That time is made up with minimal drying time.

The washer is very quiet, has a large capacity and is very easy to use. Laundry appears to be cleaner than previous machine which I had for over 20 years. I don't expect this machine to last as long as my previous machine with all the sensors and electronics on it but so far it works very well. I have not had any of the negative issues I read about in other reviews as of yet. I especially like the large capacity and the cloths come out very dry which significantly reduces drying time.

did our first load today. it happened to be towels, so the washer set itself for high spin. after reading the reviews of how quiet this washer is I was a little disappointed. louder than I expected. the presets are great and the load sensor is a maybe on slower spin cycle the washer may be quieter. except for the noise level I would recommend this washer and matching dryer.
