This washer is a great quality washer

I bought this washer for is't efficiency. While I certainly like the different features that this washer offers, I feel that the cycles of the washer run long. There is an option for a "short cycle" but I feel you shouldn't have to use that all the time. The features are there for a reason so should be as efficient. Overall it does a nice job cleaning the clothes.
Pros: Style/Design, Quality

I really like this washer and my clothes seem cleaner and smell fresh. My only complaint is that small loads in this washer get off balance alot causing the washer to stop in the middle of a cycle until you balance the load.
Pros: Performance, easy to use

After purchasing this washer and trying it once we were sold on it. The steam feature works great for wrinkle remover and all the other features are far superior to other brands. May be a little pricy but worth it.

Excellant large capacity clothes dryer

We received a new dryer that upon it's first use made a thumping noise as the drum rotated.
I called LG Customer Service and they wanted to send a technician to fix the problem under warranty.
I then asked to speak to a supervisor. For the price I paid for this new product, I wanted a working new dryer not a repaired defective dryer.
The supervisor understood my point about receiving a defective new product and then arranged for the delivery of a new dryer and the return of the defective product.
The dryer works great and has many features we are still learning how to use.
Consumer Reports was correct in recommending this model.

This washer is wonderful. It has great features and does a great job washing all kinds of clothes and bulky items too. I like the Special Use choices very much. The chimes at the end of each cycle are really nice, a fun rendition to a usually mundane event. Thank You!

Super size holds a lot of laundry. Nice features and impressive electronics. We had to figure out the error codes and what to do - primarily the need to rebalance the load.

this is a great washer. this holds a lot of cloths. we have had it for 2 months now and love it. well worth it. no issues and i hope it lasts a long time. now i need to get the dryer to match.
