Many Great Features!!

Amazing capacity. Load-sensing feature means you don't have do deal with the noisy washer that ends up dancing!
Lots of different options for temperature, cycle time, and spin speed that you could mix and match!

High quality washer

This wash machine has so many features!! It does a good job washing, using low water levels and coldwater. It really doesn't use hot water, even though there is a hot water setting. Doesn't seem to affect the cleaning though. seems to take a little longer to wash than my old wash machine, but, that's ok. I can fit huge amounts in this machine, making wash days a lot quicker too! Can do one load instead of three!!

Very Easy To Use and Very Quiet

I absolutely love this washer. I returned another name brand washer/dryer set after only a month and upgraded to the LG. Yes I paid a little more but it was well worth it. Very quiet and not once has it gone out of balance during any of its cycles. The see through glass lid is pretty cool too!

Lots of cycles but NO delicate cycle

Machine does alot of load balance checking, I guess, smarter than I am. I found the load times to be extremely long (57 mins. average). Grandkids enjoy looking thought the clear top as it runs. Water usage down slightly (less than I thought). The wife likes it, so all is good. Good price and we will see over time. No room for a front loader so top loader was the only option for HE machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great quality but wrinkle resistance is poor

The quality and features are excellent but the programming in some wash options leans too heavy towards minimizing water use so that the net result is heavy entanglement and twisting resulting in excessive wrinkling. With the "custom programing" feature I can add more water which helps. There needs to be more up and down motion in the water during the wash cycle which I think could be helped by adding 6" to 8" to your center with some blades that shouldn't negate your Wave Force technology and always have the minimum washing water level higher than the clothes and center. I washed a bed spread in the "bulky/bedding" option and during the wash cycle there was no change in the material/section of the bedspread that I could see. All of the washing action was at the bottom of the tub so only a portion of the bedspread received adequate cleansing. In future models it would be helpful if the "custom programming" could retain or store more than one owner program at a time.
It will take me quite some time to learn all of the wash options well enough so that I can substitute your programs to obtain the end result that I feel that I need if I cannot get it from your existing programs. The final use will probably be somewhere in between in that I will use most of your programs.

I love this washer!! I have washed just about EVERYTHING since I bought this washer last month. I love all the features it offers and if you just read the email's sent by LG it will help you with what setting to use for what type of load your washing! I put the info right on my desktop to use as a reference when in doubt. Thank You LG for making my life a little easier, WAY TO GO!!
