A. I place 8.5 X 11" paper in the lower paper feeder and it won't print from my Mac photos. A note continues to appear on the screen. telling me to load Photo Paper, 4X6 in the tray. I was desiganting to print 8.5 X 11 on my Mac screen. I tried over and over. Same message. I am going nuts.
B. Every time the message comes up, it is followed by a message stating "HP recommends Color ok papers. Why do you sell "Everyday photo paper" to me if that's the case?
C.Worst of all, when I print from my Mac photo library photos, the color is not at all true. It always was when I printed from my Brother. And I bought this printer because it is a Photo Envy, supposedly for photographs!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The photo paper is all it should be and what I expected from HP. I have used several of the sheets so far & the photos (my personal pics) have come out very pretty. I'm glad I ordered the paper - I'd rather a little less gloss, but it's OK as is. Thank you.
