Saved my teeth!!!!

I had advanced periodontal disease, had a deep cleaning and removal of a few teeth. One dentist actually wanted to remove them all!!! I was told after the extractions and the deep cleaning that I would have to come back once a month for a cleaning and to check to make sure my teeth/gums were becoming healthy. I was also warned that I could very possibly need more extractions. I started using the Waterpik Waterflosser + Sonic toothbrush Complete Care 5.0 immediately after the first procedure, all the procedures took about 4 weeks to complete. I returned the week after my last procedure to have a check-up to see how my mouth was healing and my gums and teeth were so healthy I do not have to return to the dentist for 3 months!!! I also do not need to have any more teeth extracted! THANK YOU Waterpik!!!

I purchsed this Waterpik in 2018 and within a month the battery on the toothbrush died. Waterpik did replace but low and behold 18 months later it died again. Basically it is not possible to change the battery or buy the toothbrush unit seperatly. This is just corporate greed creating LANDFILL our poor EARTH cant handle anymore
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Toothbrush is a joke!

This is my second Waterpik. The flosser is great; however, the toothbrush died after a few years with my first one. It's a nice little game that Waterpik has going where you have to replace the whole unit instead of the toothbrush. Of course, the brushes change, so you're stuck with brand new brushes that you can't use. I replaced my old unit less than a year ago with this unit, and guess what? Same thing. Toothbrush died - in about 7 months. I'm wary of buying another Waterpik product because they're too expensive to replace every year. I might as well toss my money in the garbage with the toothbrush.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Complete Package

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model combines both the water flosser and the electric toothbrush in a nicely designed package. It takes as much counter space as the regular water flosser, no more. The Sonic toothbrush is a great product, cleans the teeth exceptionally well and the timed pauses are an excellent feature.
My recommendation is that the control knobs be placed in front because having them on the left side and the tank opening to the right is a bit awkward in a tight space. Also, the battery of the toothbrush could be upgraded to a Li Ion at some point, NiMH being yesterday's batteries and have a short life.

Stopped working completely

I bought this item less than a year ago and it completely stopped working. At first, it wouldn’t hold a charge even though I rarely took it out of the charging port it would continuously flash as it were charging. Now, it won’t even turn on to floss nor will it charge my toothbrush. So disappointed.

Well designed product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Waterpik and it's even better than the last one. They improved nearly everything about it...better design, easier to use, and since I've been using Waterpik, which is around 6 months now total, my teeth and gums are healthier (my dentist verified this) then they've been in years! I've went over this product with a fine tooth comb and so far the only room for improvement is I'd say the sonic toothbrush could be stronger. Other than that it's pretty well perfect! Well done!

Great product with one minor glitch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a while now and love the product and the longer reach cord. The only thing I don't like is with the toothbrush attached to the unit, you can forget about traveling with the toothbrush and if the water pik dies after time now you have this whole unit just to charge a little toothbrush. Otherwise so far loving it and it works amazingly for both brush and flossing.

Very pleased but replacement brushes hard to find

I totally agree with the positive reviews of most owners. The only problem I had was finding replacement brushes. The brushes are not available in stores near me. The brush part number is NOT in the owner's manual. It was really hard to track down.
