Noise, noise, never had a appliance make such horrible sounds, something must be the matter with the motor. Come and fix it!

The reason I bought this particular model was my husband. So many of the rest of them were that silver that my husband kept saying NO because they looked like in a restaurant. We had a side by side before. Now with this model he can't find anything and we are throwing things out all the time because he did not know they were there. Otherwise it probably is a fine product but it's not what I am used to and with the freezer on top where it does not belong since one does not go in there as much as in the refrigerator part. Also the drawers squeak horribly loud when you pull them out. I wanted one like mom's with the freezer on the bottom. But when you are shopping with my husband you don't get what you want you get what he likes. However, I get my licks in by shouting "I HATE THIS REFRIGERATOR!" every once in a while. If I could afford it I would trade it for a white side by side. Thank you for listening to my rant.

I purchased this model because of the room and style of the refrigerator. The door shelves have plenty of room to put more merchandise on them it also has humidity control in the bottom crispers which was a plus for me. I like the freezer because of it had a shelf in it also for smaller items that is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It does a great job in keeping everything cold. Is smaller than previous fridge but
the size we had previously is now made too wide to fit between cabinets so we had to downsize and frankly it is too small for our needs.

Could have better shelves and draws.

The refrigeator makes wierd noise at times. The draws stick and are flimsy. Afraid they
may crack. No egg carrier was included. Thought the store model was in better condition Have had it for four months and hope it lasts! Really should have spent more time comparing this purchase.

Plenty of room in food and freezer areas. Shelves well organized. Great for a garage as a second unit. Too noisy for a kitchen.

Not possible to level the back of fridge. Only leveling adjustments are in the front. Didn't realize until after the fact. I will never again buy a fridge that doesn't have leveling adjustments on all sides.
