I've had it now for 2 years. I fits the space that was available for the refrigerator, without compromising capacity. It hasn't failed, but makes intermittent noises that annoy and worry me. Definitely noisier than my old refrigerator. I wonder if a fan is going to fail one of these days. The glass shelves are nowhere as sturdy as in my old refrigerator, and have fewer positions for vertical adjustment. They bow under the load, but so far have not broken. The bottom glass shelf over the vegetable crispers has crevices on the top side that are essentially impossible to clean. It has one less shelf than my old refrigerator. The shelves on the door hold more compared to my old refrigerator. Without separate controls for the freezer compartment and the refrigerator compartment, I have to juggle the single control to compromise freezer temperature to avoid freezing in the refrigerator as the ambient temperature changes with the seasons.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this less than 5 years ago and it's already broken. Fridge not cold, only freezer..

Handle problem

The lower handle broke within months after regular usage and now it has broken again in the same place near the screws. I do not think I should have to keep buying these and I do not want to pay a technician to replace it so that I can get a five year warranty

Not like they used to make them

In the first year of ownership I’ve had to replace the door handles twice; the vegetable drawer cracked; it is incredibly- and unbearably- noisy.
The door seal peels away. I was told to apply Vaseline to help with the contact.
The dealer said not to expect it to last like my old one- almost 30 years!
I am thinking to replace it, which adds unbelievable waste to our planet.
Maybe I got a lemon n, but beware.

Works great! But the handle has broken 3 times, now I just leave it off. All the shelves in the door have cracked and broken, I'm holding them together with tape.
