So unhappy with this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a supposedly top-end (and top price) dishwasher, I am so disappointed. In just over a year, I would estimate 1/4 of the loads I have run have come out ready for dishes to be put away. They are just not clean, even when I pre-wash! I have had 2 service calls and complained to the dealer 3 times more. Once the pump had to be replaced (when it was about 6 months old). They sell me their expensive products (salt, rinse aid, and finally their "special" soap) in response to my complaints about the machine's performance. I have lived with dishwashers all my life and never had to do so much or add so much "product" to make them work. It's quiet, sure, but who cares when there is debris baked on inside and outside of glasses, on plates and bowls, and even worse on silverware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy with the Toe Kick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had my dishwasher installed today and the metal toe kick does not go all the way to the floor. As a result you can see the exposed glides and the piece of raw lumber that was used to install under the glides. It looks very unfinished. I am wondering why the toe kick was not made to fit and look better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] CLEANS GREAT! VERY QUIET. THE RACKS LACK THE QUALITY FOR THE PRICE. REPLACED THE TOP RACK UNDER WARRANTY FOR RUST ISSUE, THE COATING WAS DAMAGED. THE BOTTOM RACK CAME WITH PIECES MISSING AND I WAS FRUSTRATED AS TO WHY IT WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY. THE PICTURE IN THE MANUAL DID NOT SHOW THAT PART. I CONTACTED BOSCH AND THEY SENT ME A SCHEMATIC, SURE ENOUGH THE PART HAD BEEN MISSING ALL ALONG. NOW I AM SEARCHING FOR MY RECEIPT SO THEY CAN SEND ME THE MISSING PARTS.

GREAT dishwasher
