[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and glad I did. Was easy to install. It mounted right on to the previous bracket which was not an LG. Used daily and has given fantastic results. We use this microwave more than our previous one because of it's features.

Melt setting is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the microwave about a month ago and I'm so happy that I did because it is so easy to use and it has new settings on it including but not limited to "melt"...this setting is perfect for heating a biscuit, drizzling cheese or a quick nuke to anything that's sat out for less than an hour.

Odd noise after 4 months of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the unit in July and thought everything was working good. Now the unit is making noises as the turntable moves. Remove the turntable ... noise goes away. Need to know how to fix the noise in this new microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old MW finally wore out and this one looked very similar. I love the ease. The inside is a little short so I don't leave the shelf in. I love how easily the defrost, melt and power features work. Much better than last MW. Wish I could "add 30" while running (maybe it's a safety feature if children could reach).
