Good quality and features

I like the simple but elegant style and simple features of this model. The microwave is holding up on the good quality of LG product.
I would like to see LG to lower more the noise level of their microwave product line.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Best value we could find, would buy again

This Microwave has all the features we could possibly need and works better than the more expensive one it replaced. The door is not as solid as the last one, but not anything to worry about unless you have a kid who hangs from it.
We did have a couple of cosmetic issues (scratch on top SS trim piece and chipped piece of plastic off corner of door interior). The authorized LG Repairman for our area has already been by to take care of getting those pieces replaced.
Looks great installed, easy to use and works perfectly. Could not find a better Microwave for the price -

I love this microwave oven as it works wonderful. It heats quickly and evenly. The rack inside is almost useless. You cannot put a cup in it to reheat coffee for example. There is not enough space between the bottom of the rack & the top of the oven. I took the rack out and use the glass turntable. Also you cannot turn the turntable off as the product description implies you can.

This microwave has great style and preforms well. We use mainly for reheating which it does it a quick matter. I find the auto cook and defrost options confusing as well as the soften and melt. I do like the 30 second option. It does not have a timer which we miss terribly. Also wish it had one touch for 1 thru 5 minutes as our old micro do. Overall we are not disappointed as we love the looks and it performs great for our needs.

Nice looking with good basic features for a good price. I found it to be louder than I expected when heating food and sounds odd. The vent was very loud as well.

Compared to other brands with in the price range, this product has a great value and a lot of features to offer. It has a very good warranty on the most important part unlike any other brands.
