I bought this mocrowave 3 years ago and it stopped working. It was a easy microwave to use. Nothing fancy.

Poor Quality

Bought this brand new and it died after 6 mos. Still under warranty so it was repaired at no cost. The vent grill trim piece fell off - have no idea why - the plastic brackets holding the screws brokel. Have been unable to find a replacement part. Right now holding on with duck tape.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG microwave on 2017 out needed repairs after 4 yrs of purchase. I bought 4 LG combo for my kitchen, that cost me over 5000 dollars. So far I had to repair refrigerator then my microwave. What's next? My range or dishwasher? I am disappointed in LG home products.

The door broke very quickly
