MKV files are compatible but not all 1080P mkv files are not viewable, N NOT SUPPORTED ??

New soft ware for all MKV files soon coming ?
Downloaded MKV files are playable via USB connection only in half of my stored ones.
MKV file in 1080p is not supported.

Just set up this 4k player with my Samsung 4k TV, and the picture is truly amazing. I have ordered some 4 k movies, which haven't been released, but I can't wait to see the picture.
The 4k up conversion is very impressive in the meantime.

Have 4K tv, 4K movie and now the Samsung 4K blu Ray, but the picture is not even close to what you see in the store. Also using hdmi cable 2.0a, so there is nothing missing for a great picture????

The UBD-K8500 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Player was extremely easy to install and set-up. The quality of the picture is excellent for both Blue-Ray and internet content. I would highly recommend this produce.
