This printer has all the new features.

This printer is really cool, but it does not have a place to put my camera disk so I can download my pictures. I was really disappointed to not finding one. Other than that it is a really cool printer. How come you took that feature off?

I've only had this printer a couple of hours. It was easy to set up. I did have problems on the FAX setup. After switching the telephone lines, it was able to pass the test. I like the touch screen. I guess I was not paying any attention when I bought this printer, but when I got home I discovered it did not have a memory card reader for my digital camera to upload pictures. I had to pay extra money to buy an external reader that plugs into the USB port on the computer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Definitely a must have for home office. Easy to print, scan, fax, copy. Wireless took less than 15 seconds to set up. Printing from my iPad; a breeze. Definitely happy with this 4 in 1 printer!

Very disappointing product

I considered this all-in-one printer an upgrade from my previous 8500 (it was never, other model no., and touted as such). Has turned out to be extremely slow. But worst, I found out that, unlike 8500 (and unrevealed even in the Product Manual), it cannot do double-sided printing except in the most inefficient and clunky way imaginable: e.g., for100 pp. document you have to put in all odd no.'s, 1,3,5...99, print, then reverse stack of paper manually, and put in all even no.'s, 2, 4, 6...100! The engineers who came up w/ this obviously weren't the ones that got us to the moon. All Manual says, mysteriously, is you can't double-side print ATF. Doesn't reveal that, for all practical purposes you can't at all. So very misleading. Next time I get a Brother.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have used HP products in our office for 10 years now. They have always been a good value and very dependable. We had not replaced our All-in-Ones for many years as they just kept plugging away. But this year we finally had to replace 2 of them, and I am sure glad we did. The new Officejet 660 scanner is much faster than the older one we had, and the touch screen is very user friendly and simple to use. The printer is also faster than the older versions we had. The only negatives I can say are that the touch screen is difficult to read if you are not directly in front of it, and the whole printer itself is a bit bigger than the old HPs we had, so they take up a bit more room on the desk. Guess I should have checked dimensions before purchasing! But overall, we are greatly satisfied with these All-in-Ones!

newer printers are not getting easier to setup.

This is my fourth hp officejet printer and it will be my last.
Was too diffcult to get setup wirelessly to a desktop and a laptop. The wizard sites did not resolve my setup problems and after downloading everything available, I still had to spend over 3 hours with two seperate tech support personnel to get everything working. Haven't had much experience with actual printing, faxing , copying as yet so remains to be seen how performance is. not liking 4 seperate color cartigages.

Easy to set and instructions were great. The all-in-one printer is working great. We are having problems with some of the additional programs offered wih the printer. I keep getting error messages about a sub-program
