Does not have "print preview" in preferences

Has a lot of nice features. It does NOT have a "print preview" in printing preferences. It wastes a lot of paper and ink because of unnecessary printing of pages with a couple of lines of print. If I had known this I would not have made this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always used HP with the exception of first purchase which was a Mac in 1995.
I recently purchased the HP 6600 printer and attempted to install it and couldn't find the ink cartridge holders and the screen only showed language preference. I looked in the door that opens to the ink install and found what I am hoping the slots for the ink at the very left end inside. Does the disc that came with the printer need to be installed to start the printer installation process??
Also I notice the disc does not mention Windows 8 however it mentions computer abilities or above to use the disc. I have an HP p2-1310. Will the installing disc be adequate for this model tower??? My wife will kill me if I can't get this installed without paying a service provider to come to me.

The HP Officejet 6600 was delivered the day after I ordered it. It was very easy to set up, and does a great job printing in color or black and white. We have been very pleased with it's performance and would certainly recommend this printer/copier/scanner/fax to everyone.

This printer was a gift to and for my husband. He attempted to print photos last night and received 84 blank pages from this printer.

This printer has all the amenities I was looking for, wireless, fax, picture printing and of course, printing and scanning. I am on a budget, but did not want to sacrifice quality. If this sounds like something you are looking for, you will not be disappointed. I received it very quickly and in perfect condition. Set up was very easy and had it going in just a matter of minutes. The only thing negative I can think of would be the on board apps. I do not find them particularly useful, but some people will like this.

Performance, had the printer set-up and printed 5 pages and it started printing or pulling the paper sideways. Called tech support and after about an hour tech gave up and transfered me to another tech after about a half and hour tech wanted me to send the printer back and they would send me a replacement. I then said wait a minute let me check the rollers and found some of the blue take stuck on one of the rollers. I do not know how it got there as when I unpack the printer I remove all the tape. that is why I indicated or only gave an average for performance. Tech support was average. Great printer................
