too many features

Being technically challenged I was unable to actuate all the features. I was mainly interested in
"print, scan copy". I liked the wireless feature since no new cables were required.

Easy to setup and use

I am very happy with the features of my printer. The scanning is excellent. The print quality is good. And the integration of the fax feature into existing computing Operating Systems is something I really like. I like the fact that I didn't have to update, purchase, or use any additional third-party software to get my printer/fax/scanner to do what I wanted it to do. Also, the customer support for this product was excellent.

I had a difficult time trying install this product. I still can't get my computer to print from the computer and my fax is not hooked up yet. Have to hire someone to come in and finish the installation. The disk would not download and I did not have the time to try to do it online. And every customer service rep was a foreigner and I could not understand their accents.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great purchase for the price

Eventhough I just have the printer for about a month, I am impressed with the features. I am not able to use wifi but it is not an HP issue. Is much quieter then my previous Epson. The touch screen is helpful, and easy to use. Actually is better then one I have seen in a business office. It should be noted that if one needs a USB cable it is not provided. The instructions are not clear so if one is not a little savy it would be easy to break the paper catch easily. It was easy to install to my laptop. HP also impressed me with their delivery. service. I was expecting printer in 5-7 days and I got it in about 3 days.Cant comment on ink since I havent used it all yet, but again better instructions to the insert ink cartriges should be provided. I guess I can give the printer 5 stars and instrucion wise 2 stars.

This is the newest of many HP products I've used over the years. Yes they do wear out! I buy directly from HP now. It is so easy and I usually get the gear within two days- regular shipping! On top of that the machines work extremly well are easy to use and if support is needed they are on top of their game and extremly helpfull THX HP!
