Easy to use

This printer is everything a person could ask for. However it does not support FAX. That said i am having a easy time using all of the other features on this device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's Great - with some problems

I had a notice on the screen the other nite which said something like ..This device Cannot Copy, Fax or Scan" - and sure enough, it could not ! ! BUT, there were no instructions as to what to do to correct this problem. (I started to move the unit around to check cabling, and the screen changed to its normal look and the machine has worked ever since. But what if I had not made that move? (The AC cable, and the data cable were never touched) I couldn't find any help in the booklet.
But - Congradulations for a very good set of screen instructions and reports - Animated, Yet ! !

This printer was very easy to install. It was delivered before promised. Scanning was a breeze. Just follow the prompts and set up is easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I never got to be able to ,install all the features as your wordage was very confusing to me. If you have someone that could help me reinstall all the features i could probabkly write a better review. R D McNeil

This printer was so easy to set up!

I could not believe how quick and easy it was to set up this printer. All I had to do was follow the instructions on the display. I did not have one glitch, not even syncing the wireless! I am so impressed! This has far exceeded my expectations and cannot wait to buy another one! As far as using the product, it is very fast for an office jet, having come from an HP Laser Jet! I am totally sold!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was amazed at the beauty, the functionality and the ease of installation. All the features are almost ovewhelming. Being able to print at home no matter where I am is awesome. The available apps are something I need to learn more about, but they are there for me when I do! This is just an amazingly awesome machine!

I have had this printer for a short time but so far I am very pleased with it. I like the features and it does a good job printing text and photographs I was concerned that it might not print pictures as good as my former HP photo smart printer but I am pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great product for the price

My old HP all-in-one was on its last leg and I needed a cheap replacement that fit into the same limited space. I really only use this printer for scanning, printouts and faxes, not to print photos, so I can't comment on photo quality, but everything else performs perfectly for my needs. The only downside to this product was if you want to do dbl side printing, it has to be done/fed manually without any prompts, (in other words you have to do the math and work to get the dbl-side printing done properly). They did have an identical all-in-one that was only 10 dollars more that could do dbl sided printing automatically, the problem was that it would not physically fit into the small space I had.
Other than that, this is a great product, easy to set up, and a HUGE upgrade from the last HP all-in-one I had, yet still very close to the price I paid 7/8 years ago for my last HP all-in-one!
