So Far So Good

I bought this to replace an Officejet 4500 which I was very dissappointed in. So far this printer is printing without a lot of paper jams. I just hope it stays that way or will I have to buy another printer in a year. Just have to wait and see. It was easy to install. Had to do it twice cause electric went out on the first run. It seems to be doing the job I need of printing Newsletters and Labels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very satisfied with the purchase of this printer. I was very dissatisfied with the printer I owned previously, which went through ink very quickly and was quite expensive. The HP 6700 series has great speed, functionality, ease of use and does work when you print wirelessly. Even my wife succeeded using it on her first try and that was an eye opening experience since she is not computer savvy to say the least. I think that really says it all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

stopped working on wireless

at first this printer was easy to set up and worked just great, then after scanning a photo, it would no longer print. Kept getting this message, printer not found. I called for help and the tech did try but after over an hour I gave up and have ordered a cable to see if that will correct whatever problem is causing my printer to not work. I do not recommend this printer to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great AllinOne printer

This is such an improvement from my previous HP all in one printer. It was easy to set up and the touch screen worked great. I did not set up the fax function as I could always scan and then fax over the internet using MyFax. I like the ePrint and print via wireless network features, so I only need to plug in the printer without a 2nd wire (i.e., USB was required in my previous printer).
I would recommend this to a friend!

The support was excellent. I needed help uninstalling my old HP product and getting this up and running. It was a great process. The rep was knowledgeable , patient and pleasant. I absolutely love this product and recommend it heartily for anyone running a small business and for personal use.
