Great Product, Easy Set-up

I've had this printer for two weeks and so far I am loving it! Bought it so that I could use the AirPrint function on my iPad and print wirelessly from our two MacBooks as well as a Dell PC. Set -up according to the quick-start instructions went exactly as depicted and took about 20 minutes from start to finish, including unhooking the old printer and "finding" the new wireless printer on all of the wireless devices. Have only printed a few pages and the quality is just as described (for both text and photos), but can't comment yet as to ink usage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is one great machine as it has many of the features of a larger office printer, in a space saving compact area. and is Ideally suited for the small but active person, who has need of a durable print machine, but is limited in space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Spotty network performance

This thing is great when it's connected and working; but half the time I have to reset it or wake it up for it to pick up the home network. Even gave the printer a dedicated IP address on my router. IPhone does not pick up the printer without installing HP ePrint app. I have used other HP printers and typically been very happy. This one is a little bit of a disappointment given the connectivity HP advertises. Other than that, it does a good job on prints, scans, copies etc. Don't know about fax - who uses fax anymore??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this printer!

I use my printer to print many things for my classroom and it works great! It is fast and has very good quality. I've printed on card stock and regular paper and I haven't had a problem with either.

Setup : "The Poster" UNDERSTATES key points: " Once you get past step 4, "FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PRINTER CONTROL PANEL TO FINISH SETTING UP THE PRINTER ...".. If that fails, find the MANUAL from the setup CD,, read it, study the photos and try again.//Note: "SCAN : from the computer", you get to set" Destination" & "File name"; from the PTR Control Panel you don't and there is no explanation of where the scanned image will be saved. Oh yes, to print both sides of an original you have to buy/obtain a duplexor, not included; else do second side manually.
