Mixed Bag

I really like the quietness. However, the dishes are not always clean, and pots and pans have residue food. The dishes do not dry, even on the sanitize cycle. On the other hand, if I have a light load or just plates and glasses, I can use the quick wash.

I recommend checking your home water pressure it may be too low; it should be between 20-120 psi (pounds per square inch) which should be checked by a plumber. LEMON!!!

The DW is only used seasonally. So it has been in use a total of 13 months. We eat out a lot and with only 2 people it does not get run on a daily basis even when we are in town. It has been repaired TWICE in that time for the same problem. It is now showing the same error. The only way to turn off the motor is with the electrical breaker. I am so disgusted!

Disastrous Dishwasher

One month after purchase this dishwasher stopped working. The electrical system burned out. I'm still waiting a month later for parts. I have dishwater hands!

Dishes not drying!

We have had this dishwasher for about a week. The dishes are not drying. We have run numerous loads on various settings and dishes are not dry and there's a noticeable amount of residual water in the dishwasher itself. If this continues we will be contacting the vendor we purchased it from.

We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. Bought this in October and should have inspected the interior more closely. Most awkward dishwasher to fill. Very low to the ground. Bowls don't seem to really fit anywhere no matter the configurations with the folding racks. It is quiet, that is for sure, but no indicator lights anywhere to show that the machine is going or not. Mine keeps stopping 5 minutes into the normal wash cycle. Pain when you set it up to run in the middle of the night and come out in the morning and it has not completed its cycle due to some unknown error. Would not buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give the dishwasher a 3 on drying. To get the dishes clean, I have to set it on Power Plus, sanitize, scour, and high heat. After all that it washes okay. Still not dry enough to suite me. The dishwasher is quiet. That's the best quality I can brag about. I won't buy a frigidaire dishwasher again. I also purchased the gas stove to match. I REALLY like it.
