Bought it on sale about a month ago and Robbie has been great doing a daily sweep/vacuum of our tile and hardwood floors.with a Newf dog and a nearby beach, Robbie has his work cut out for him but always surprises us as to how much he picks up oh his daily rounds.. Summer is giving him a work out. Very happy with Robert.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Cleans Under Furniture, Easy To Use, Long Run Time

Wow! Rosie come to life (for those of you who remember the Jetsons) Roomba has won over our family; does what we all struggled to do--vacuum on a daily basis! My wife wanted to buy this pretty and expensive vacuum for over $500.00 but someone would still have to take it out of the closet and use it...I talked her into buying this wonderful piece of modern technology at its best! What more could you ask for? Maybe a Roomba that does stairs and makes beds? Cool and it works--nicely done! Advice: give your house a good vacuuming with your manual unit before letting loose Roomba. Other than that--go Roomba go!

Just as good as I remember

My mother purchased a Roomba when they first came out. I remember it was amazing & I so I fantasized about getting my own. I purchased the iRobot Roomba® 770 by iRobot & honestly had high expectations, some would say unrealistic. Luckily the reality of the iRobot Roomba® 770 by iRobot performs better than I remember. I like to walk barefoot & I exhausted with the upkeep & continual c sweeping due to my main coon's hair. (cat hair on the soles of your feet is annoying) I set my robot to sweep my 1200 sq ft home @7am daily issue solved. Minimal effort on my part.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Cleans Under Furniture, Easy To Use, Hassle Free Operation
Cons: Small Debris Bin

I would have never believed how much cleaner my floors are now that we have the Roomba 770 - wouldn't considering being without one now. Quick, efficient, effective and fun!

Ok this thing is amazing! Every day I am baffled by how much hair my dog sheds and just grateful that I am not forced to pick it up. I also have three children and my husband and I don't worth. As much as this machine is not perfect it works and it has taken one thing off of my to do list (if you read above the three children, dog and two jobs means perfection has been let go of a long time ago). My floors are cleaner by a lot and have just purchased the robot mop! Go for it! Take the time to program it and you will be thrilled.

I love my irobot! Although the debris bin holds a good amount, with a bunny that sheds like crazy, I still have to empty that thing a lot! I guess what this means is that it picks up a lot of hair! I love having the irobot helping me keep all the dust bunnies picked up!

My house is 90% automated. Anything from automated lights that illuminate when you enter a room to the front door locking and unlocking when you leave or return home without a key. Even the soap in the bathroom automatically dispenses. Adding a Roomba was the logical next step (without trying to be Vulcan). I was very impressed with this unit. We have been using the 650 for almost a year now. Just ordered the 770 to compliment the 650's work (each will be assigned specific areas of the house now). It gets all the dust and dirt like a boss. Sometimes I even think it enjoys getting all that dust and dirt. Like it's passionate about it. When it returns to it's dock, it makes a sound as though it just finished defeating the final boss on some video game. Like it wants a gold star.. Then I remember it's just a robot. Kidding aside, this was the best investment I have made to my home. Believe me, I have many neat and innovative automations here but this one, which seems simple on the outside, has proven itself to be a very complex and a very capable device. I know, with Roomba on the job, dirt doesn't stand a chance. Get one, save time, and spend that time with a loved one. You won't be sorry you got it!
