Great smoker

Have been using offset smokers for a long time. Char broil smokers hold up well even when loaded up.

This deluxe smoker grill is large. I smoked a Large brisket with room to spare. I could have added a whole chicken next to it. Pros: size, multifunction, easy adjust charcoal tray, price. Cons: paint peals off quickly under high heat, steel is thin and rusts easy, temperature hard to regulate, gaps in connecting pieces is significant. If you are willing to pay 4x as much for a high-end smoker you’ll avoid these issues. I don’t grill and smoke enough to justify the cost.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wish the metal was a little thicker, but for the price, you can't go wrong. Be sure to get a cover to protect it.

Good grill to learn with

I bought this grill early this summer and put it together. Temperature control is sometimes too sensitive or not at all. It leaks smoke from the lid on the firebox and main chamber but still cooks pretty good. Overall its good enough for backyard cooking but not good enough to impress the more serious person who barbecues on a regular basis.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smoke meats only way to feed a crowd

I have this smoker for a couple of years now. Smoke pulled pork for church and youth group. The smoker can handle four pork butts at a time a use hardwood logs to cook with

Tender meat

I bought this last summer and didn’t use it until this year. The size was intimidating. The smoker helps to produce tender flavorful meat every time. Easy to use and can hold enough to feed a basketball team. You can never go wrong with a Char-broil.

Great product to learn how to smoke meat

I love it. This is my second smoker, just recently replaced my old one after 10 years and many dinners. Easy to use and the perfect size to feed lots of hungry people
