Love the cooking space, but I loose a lot of heat and smoke. To many gaps in the seams and smoke stack.

Although I have 40 years of grilling experience with a kettle grill, this is my first smoker grill. So far I've done beef brisket, pork shoulders, and several kinds of fish on the smoker. I love the results that I've obtained from this smoker. It has met or exceeded my expectations in every way.

I like everything about it, but the thermostat. It does not tell you degrees just warm, ideal, and hot. Had to figure out the degrees myself.
