The smoker itself works great and have smoked plenty of meat on it that has turned out great. One thing I was not happy with was after the first time I made a fire in the smoke box, all the paint peeled off. Now the box is all rusted and they would not send me a new replacement box. The paint should be able to handle the heat and not fall off. Not I have a rusted box that in a year or two will have to be replaced at my cost. I do not agree with them not replacing.

I am sorry for the issues you are experiencing with our warranty department. Was there an accelerant used inside of the smoke box? If an accelerant is used on the fire, it will cause the grill to reach extensive temperatures close to 1000 degrees. Our grills are not meant or manufactured to hit more than 600-700 degrees. This will cause the paint to bubble and peel. If no accelerant was used, please feel free to create a case with us or give us a direct call and explain the situation to a supervisor. missing somethings

i bought my grill from Walmart and i get it all together and i was missing 2 nuts and the and the lid was bent and the heat gage does not work right

Worse grill ever.

First time use on Labor day weekend and the attached pictures speak for themselves. Half a bag of kings ford 11.6lb charcoal and a couple of pieces of wood for the smoker and Wa La the paint pealed off and the temperature gauge ship the bed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great for a year and a half...

Was a gift for father's day in 2015 from my wife and 2 sons. It work great for a short while. In all fairness I live in south Texas where it is very humid. I have kept it under my covered porch when not in use but it still didn't last. I would think if you pay a couple hundred dollars for something it should last a lot longer than a year and a half.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for the price

I bought this one to replace the one I had for 7 years, have to admit not over the top with the current quality, the first smoke the damper on the firebox started to warp, within 10 minutes after building a fire in the firebox the paint started bubbling and flaked off, it doesn't seem to seal like the last one I owned. Maybe it's time to move onto a different brand after this one, don't get me wrong it dose the job it was built for and has a great size cooking surface just made really cheap.

I won this smoker....there is no way to register it, as they require a receipt. I thought it was a large grill until the UPS man delivered it. When I saw what it was I decided to put it together (28 steps, 7 hours ), and have a go at it anyway. It took 5 hours to smoke a chamber full of meat. It was a pain since I did not know how to get the right amount of wood and charcoal the first time. It would get too hot, and I had to remove some wood, then too cold and I put some back in. The end result was delicious, and I took it to Sunday dinner the next day. I had 8 family members show up and no left overs. Now everyone wants me to do it again !!! Clean up was a nightmare too.
If you really like cooking out or you are a hunter I would recommend this. Otherwise you are going to go broke buying the meat and charcoal.
Paint peels off the fire box after the first use.
