I was very happy with my S5 but the battery kept heating up and I almost went to the 6. Now I'm glad that I didn't. The battery life on the S7 Edge is so far superior, I am amazed. It quickly recharges if my use is very heavy, and I mean very heavy, because most days it is still at 50% at 11:00 p.m. I use it with my Samsung Gear Watch and am very satisfied with both products.
I really like my S7Edge, I upgraded from an S4. In my getting older I have been feeling like every few days this thing throws another widget looking piece of software at me, that frankly I just don't have the time to learn how to use it. I get extremely annoyed when out of the blue my phone decides to tell me how long it will take me to get home... also, if I didn't have a case on this thing I would be bumping the edge much more than I already do. Bottom line; good phone, but all the functions to make it more of a tablet make it frust rating at times.
Cons: Too big, it tries to be a tablet., edge is hard not to accidentally touch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery last all day, enjoy the wireless charging. It has a sleek look but I feel it might fall out of my hand. The camera is lovely, it looks like not watching through the lens. The view is all natural and the pictures are perfect. Focus is also super fast so no waiting to come into focus. Music is not bad as the speaker is below and not in the back so your fingers don't block it.
This phone has the correct balance of features without the crazy unneeded/wanted features
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Changed from iPhone 6S and it's been Good

The iphone for sure is simpler to use than the android OS. I think the part that I find most frustrating in android is the lack of definition in the apps. Seems like there should be some basic app offerings that are common, much like mail, itunes, iMessaging, etc. Granted, I love all the choices I get on my Samsung, but having a little more controlled environment to start from would help with us switching from iphone over. Seemed like I had to do a lot of setup, where the iphone kind of works right out of the box. On the plus side, I love that I don't have to enter a friggin password everytime I do something on the phone. I find the apps to be the same between phones, so that made the change very easy. I also like all the additional control I have over the apps, notices, etc. Themes are awesome, my single most favorite feature.
I truly believe, in 6 months, I'll not remember what I liked about the iphone.
Pros: Bright display, screen size relitive to the actual phone size.
Cons: hard to configure
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently purchased my Samsung S7 edge and love it. I upgraded from my S3. I love the newer features!
